28" is one of the most common stone heights in the monument industry — yet Gerber GS-750 and GS-750 Plus plotters leave the factory set to cut only 27.25". That is why so many shops end up cutting the top off a 28" stencil, or cutting it in two pieces and fitting them back together on the stone.

We set your plotter to cut the full 28". Your 28" stones cut in one piece, the way they should.

Less waste on every roll.

That extra ¾" runs the whole length of the roll. On a 20-yard roll of stencil it is 540 more square inches you can actually use — about 2¾% more from every roll you buy, roll after roll.

How it works

1. Purchase this service.
2. We contact you to set a time that suits you.
3. We connect to your computer remotely — about 15 minutes, and you can watch the whole time.
4. You receive a written record of each plotter's setting, before and after.

Works with Gerber GS-750 and GS-750 Plus plotters, run from Gerber Omega or Graphix Advantage 6.21, on Windows XP, 7, 10 or 11. The price is per computer and covers every GS-750 set up on it.

What you need: the computer connected to the internet, your plotter already set up in Omega or Graphix Advantage, and someone at the computer to let us connect.

No parts and no hardware changes. Your original settings are saved first and can be put back at any time on request.
