Digital Downloads

Most of our designs, clip-art, and fonts are digital products. After checkout, your files are available for immediate download from your account and via a secure download link — there is no shipping required.

Physical Items

Pre-cut stencils and plotter parts are shipped directly to you. We will confirm shipping details and timing with you after your order is placed.

Returns

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. If a file is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right.
